HoneyHive Capital has a growing network of investors.  We also research and connect with new potential investors for each of our clients.  In addition, our affiliate partner network with Finalis provides even greater reach expanding to each of the 400+ investment banker partners' networks.  

Do you pitch your clients' deals?

Yes.  We are experienced presenters and look forward to the opportunity to pitch your deal.  While we prefer to coach our clients to pitch deals themselves, we are ready to pitch your deal.  

Can you help with our pitch collateral? 

Yes. We ensure that you have what you need to convey your deal to investors.  No matter how far along your collateral is, we help it get where it needs to be.  Generally, we ensure each mandate has full pitch deck and a one-pager to start. 
 
What are the benefits of using a registered agent? 

Registered Representatives (acting as placement agents) serve as an important intermediary in connecting private investment offerings with prospective investors. RRs are associated with registered broker-dealers and serve as licensed agents in selling private investment opportunities. The U.S. regulatory framework provides the necessary guardrails to assist in ensuring fair and balanced communications between registered entities and the investor marketplace.
