Her career spans leadership roles at premier financial institutions including PIMCO, Morgan Stanley, and Alliance Bernstein, where she specialized in global operations, vendor management, and strategic execution. In addition to her institutional finance background, Tracy has spearheaded family office operations and strategic planning for globally recognized families in business and entertainment, bringing discretion, innovation, and long-term vision to complex wealth ecosystems.
