Manager Experience
Must have direct experience in investment thesis. Open to emerging managers.

Deal Size
Raising at least $5million.
Institutional raises can exceed $1billion

Securitized
Offering must be a legal security. All fund documents must be completed before raising capital.

Deal Structure
Primarily Reg D 506(b) and 506(c) offerings, with flexibility to support qualified Reg A+ campaigns. No public offerings.

Faith-Alignment
As a part of our diligence process, deal must pass our negative screening based on Christian morals and ethics.
Time Frame Expectations
Please note time frame expectations. Issuers should expect to plan for one month for onboarding and at least six months of raising capital. Based on recent experience, time from start of raise to allocation is 9-18 months.
Onboarding
Process
1. Introductory Call
Initial call to assess deal and person fit.
2. Onboarding Form
Form with basic information about the deal in order to perform a deeper assessment.
3. Initial Review and Diligence
Back-and-forth discussion regarding deal details.
4. Terms and Engagement Letter
Negotiate reasonable terms and sign a formal Engagement Letter to initiate the deal through the broker-dealer.
5. Due Diligence Form
Extensive form seeking detailed information needed for allocators and broker-dealer; Ensure data room set up.
6. Strategy Meeting
Discuss any considerations from the diligence review and market dynamics to determine strategic approach with allocators.
7. Marketing Collateral Approval
Finish review and edits to all marketing. Ensure consistency with strategy and among collateral. Approval by broker-dealer
