Before joining HoneyHive, Charlie played a key role in capital raises exceeding $750 million across multiple real-estate funds, including MLG Fund V, Fund VI, and the MLG Legacy Fund.
His ability to translate complex deal structures into clear, investor-friendly insights has helped numerous sponsors secure commitments from both high-net-worth and institutional investors.

Charlie began his career with IBM’s finance team and later worked with Advicent Solutions, gaining a foundation in financial planning and analytics.
Based in Denver, he combines analytical rigor with exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and transparency throughout every investor interaction.
Outside the office, Charlie is an avid outdoorsman, pursuing skiing, rafting, and mountain climbing with the same energy he brings to capital markets. He is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC.
